Breakfast Baked Oats (Viral TikTok Recipe)

So we have all heard about the Overnight Oats craze right? But have you ever tried baking them instead?!? LET ME TELL YOU - These are to dieeeeee for! The possibilities are endless!
Not only is this recipe easy and quick but its also pretty healthy! You can add to it and mixup flavours or you can keep it classic and simple! See below for this fun and delicious recipe!

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats or quick oats
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
Cooking spray
Optional Ingredients
1 tablespoon cocoa powder optional if making chocolate one
1/2 cup of chopped apples
1 tbs of ground cinnamon
1 scoop of protein powder
Special Equipment
An oven safe bakeware dish - the one I used is the CorningWare® Dish
A Magic Bullet or Blender equivalent
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish.
Combine all the ingredients together until fully combined. This should take between 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out with just a couple crumbs. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before diving in!
